If you’ve made it here, take a breath because you’re in the right place.
I’m Cortney Goode. I am an emotional doula, community builder, and the voice behind Be Goode 2 Yourself. I help people process what they’ve been carrying, reconnect with who they are, and move forward with intention, not survival mode.
My work sits at the intersection of truth and tenderness.
The kind of space where you feel seen… but also gently challenged to grow.
I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new.
I believe it’s about returning to who you were. Before life, trauma, expectations, and survival taught you to shrink.
I didn’t create Be Goode 2 Yourself because I had everything figured out.
I created it because I know what it feels like to carry things you don’t always have words for.
To keep going when you’re tired.
To hold it together when you really need a moment to fall apart.
This space isn’t about perfection.
It’s not about having all the answers.
It’s about being honest.
It’s about healing at your own pace.
It’s about finally giving yourself the same care you give to everyone else.
I’m Cortney.
And if you’re here, you don’t have to pretend.
I don’t do this work from theory alone.
I’ve lived through the kind of experiences that force you to rebuild yourself while still showing up for life. Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis shifted everything—and also clarified everything.
It taught me that healing has to be real.
Practical. Sustainable. Honest.
Not performative. Not perfect.
Just true.
Be Goode 2 Yourself isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement.
It’s for the people who have been strong for too long.
The ones who are tired of surviving and ready to actually live.
The ones who know there’s more for them… even if they don’t fully know what that looks like yet.
Around here, we:
tell the truth
do the work
and give ourselves permission to grow
If you stay here long enough, something will shift.
You’ll start to see yourself differently.
You’ll start to move differently.
You’ll start to choose differently.
Not because I told you who to be—
but because you remembered who you are.
And just so we’re clear…
I’m not here to help you fit into a system that broke you.
I’m here to help you rebuild—on your terms, in your power, and with your whole self intact.
Welcome. You’re safe here. But you’re also going to grow here. ❤️
